1: BUILD
Build knowledge and understanding of your business needs and create a bespoke project in your chosen location(s)
2: PRE-SELECTION
Pre-selection of individuals, working closely with our prison contacts.
We will conduct Individual needs assessments and shortlisting from expression of interests based on your business requirements.
3: SELECTION
Depending on your individual business needs:
Group or one to one sessions with 11:11, the employer and prison residents.
We can refer suitable individuals to you once they are released.
Feedback sessions where we will guide you through the process and alleviate any concerns including guidance on risk management.
