Corinne Ainscough
Corinne is our Programmes Director at 11:11 Prison Support which was born out of a passion for helping prison leavers realise their full potential and help give them meaningful direction through the gate.
Corinne's Social Justice journey began over 25 years ago at Edge Hill University where she gained a degree in Applied Social Science with her primary focus being on Prison and Rehabilitation.
She has since worked within the charity sector supporting numerous prison leavers, helping to empower them and meet their maximum potential.
Alongside the wrap-around support and mentoring, Corinne has used her passion for Sport and Nutrition as a catalyst to help change the lives of those she has worked with over the last few years. Simply Incorporating routine through a daily exercise practice has had a massive and positive impact on those that she has worked with and this is something that she is keen to continue to integrate in her work.
"The well-being of the people we work with is at the forefront of everything we do. Using a holistic and multidisciplinary approach we aim to rekindle a spark.
I believe there's no such thing as too late in life and no matter what the starting point it is always possible to turn things around"
